STARTING IN SEPTEMBER:

New Class Schedule! OG Yoga will now be offering very beginner classes for any one who has thought about about doing yoga, but has little to no experience. The hour classes Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 PM will be all about the basics. Learn the poses one step at at a time!

Thursday's new Power Yoga will have an abdominal, arm balance and inversion focus. This class is 1:15 long and will include a lot more gymnastics influence. This class will help you challenge your abilities and increase your strength. Handstands will be happening! 

All other classes are level 1/2 and will be open to mixed abilities.

  • 5:30 PM Power Yoga ( 1hr 15m long)


FRIDAY

  • 5:30 AM Level 1/2
  • 9:00 AM Level 1/2

SATURDAY
