Yoga with Olivia twice a week is a great compliment to my Crossfit workouts. While Crossfit workouts are loud, intense and aggressive, the post WOD yoga has helped to alleviate tightness and soreness. Yoga has helped to improve my Crossfit performance by improving strength and flexibility in my shoulders, ankles and wrists. Working on these areas has helped me move into and out of lifts with greater ease and mobility.
Olivia is a natural teacher. She is inspiring, supportive and encouraging. She creates a compassionate atmosphere ideal for students of all levels and abilities. I have learned to stretch, improve overall strength and increase body awareness. Olivia continues to challenge and motivate me at every class. She provides knowledge not only about yoga but Crossfit as well and will help to improve your overall performance.
