Even if you have an arm balancing practice, this workshop will offer unique approaches and challenging variations that will add to your abilities.
You don't have to be a Yogi to love to balance on your hands! Arm balancing brings a complete body awareness and creates immense core and shoulder strength and is incredibly FUN!
During this hour long workshop, we will cover a number of classic yoga arm balances and core-strengthening gymnastic movements that will build bodyweight strength and balance. Each movement will be broken down and explained in full detail.
You will learn techniques and progressions to take your arm balancing to a new and exciting level.
