It's time for another Hand Balancing Workshop!
In this 90 minute workshop we'll be testing out our hand balance prowess. We will cover a number of classic hand balancing progressions and core-strengthening gymnastic movements that will build bodyweight strength and balance. Each movement will be broken down and explained in full detail.
You will learn techniques and progressions to take your hand balancing skills to a new and exciting level.
